ALL RVs, motorhomes, travel trailers, cargo trailers, landscape trailers, and vehicles (not ATV) must have current registration/tags.

 On January 7, 2025 the Board agreed and approved a 30 day time frame to allow ALL members to comply with the ordinance stipulated by Mojave County and HGS requirements.

The 30 day time frame is January 8, 2025 to February 7, 2025.

Note:  Anyone who is non-compliant will be given a 30 day vacate notice to leave the camp spot.

         Membership fees are due by Dec. 31 each year 40.00, 50.00 per year starting February 4, 2025.

Due’s not received by the February meeting or at the February meeting will be delinquent, thus subjecting you to a payment of $150.00 new member Fee

Members must be current in their membership status and
those members 
with a campsite must be current to Participate in any Club Activity.

Maintenance Fee’s for Base camp

$ 2 /per Day  or   $ 35/ per month

Semi-annual Maintenance Fee 6 month  $175

 Annual Maintenance Fee Due March 1st  $300.00.

Starting April 4, 2025 new maintenance fee is $350.00 per lot per year.

Maintenance Late Fee’s

$15.00 Late Fee for 30 days past due

$ 30.00 Late Fee for 60 day past due
